Voluntaryist Origins Campaign Complete

Hello Voluntaryist fans!

I am excited to announce that we have completed our Voluntaryist Origins Indiegogo comic campaign!

While we did not reach our lofty backing goal, we did reach AMAZING heights with this campaign that make Voluntaryist Origins the MOST SUCCESSFUL CAMPAIGN EVER.

In this campaign, we:

Hit the No. 1 spot on Indiegogo comics!
Reached over 5,200 fans on our Facebook!
Reached 97 backers – BEATING ALL PREVIOUS RECORDS!
Raised over $3,600 – OUR HIGHEST-FUNDED CAMPAIGN OF ALL TIME!

Because of this, I can tell you that not only will this comic be the longest in our production history, but it will be the first full industry-standard comic book we have completed in one shot.

The Voluntaryist Origins story will be released as a “Part 1” with Part 2 to be worked on soon.

Thank you so much again for your generous time in sharing the campaign and contributing support! You’re the reason why the next evolution in culture and liberty is taking place. I promise to you as I have with each campaigns’ backers to make this issue the best one yet. I will be giving the production process my utmost attention and taking the feedback I have received over the years to ensure that every aspect of this comic is artful and articulate.

COMIC PRODUCTION DETAILS AND TIMELINE

The comic production process will begin after the funding is released from Indiegogo in about two weeks. I will be working with our production team to set the storyboarding for the primary penciling artist. The drawing and revision process will take 6-8 weeks with a coloring and lettering process of another 6-8 weeks afterward.

As per the campaign timeline, I will begin fulfilling those who ordered solely non-comic perks first in the coming weeks.

Those who ordered print comics alone or with other items will receive their comic bundle once the production process is complete.

As we work on the process, I will be posting teasers on our website, http://volcomic.com and on our Facebook page, http://facebook.com/volcomics

I’m still stunned at how well this campaign performed. I think 2017 might just be the beginnings of some greater strides toward more Voluntaryist virtues!

Saving Snowden: The Voluntaryists versus the NSA – CAMPAIGN SUCCESS!

Hello friends!

We did it! What an excellent round of support we have for this issue of Voluntaryist with Saving Snowden: The Voluntaryists versus the NSA. We managed to raise $1,915 – an INCREDIBLE FEAT! With this budget, we should be able to manage the cover + an 8-page storyline – a great number to work with. I promise to make sure the content in this issue is some of the best yet with liberty-minded dialogue, anti-state action, and NSA smashin’!

The funds will be disbursed to me in the next 2 weeks. Afterward, I will be working to update the original narrative to fit the funding size and make sure the outcome is a quality one. The story will then go to our primary artist for review. He will then work with me on the storyboarding and hash out the inked pages. After inking, the pages go to the colorists and letterers and then back to me for final approval.

As for perks, those who ordered non-comic perks will begin to see those sent out within the next month.

If you ordered the latest issue bundled with a perk, you will receive your comic and your perks together. Check the estimated delivery date on the indiegogo.com campaign to see when it will be complete.

I’m feeling extra inspired this round to see how far we can push the envelope on spreading the message of liberty. This will be an issue that can be proudly displayed on stand at comic conventions when I table for the series, and I know it will spark new conversation about what government is doing behind closed doors.
