Voluntaryist Origins Perks Shipped – Special Note
Hello Voluntaryist fans!
I wanted to let you know that most all Voluntaryist perk orders have been shipped. You should see your perk in the mail come this week or next if in the U.S. If outside the U.S., within the month.

In the process of working through the orders, I noticed that there were a couple of you who only did a donation, i.e., did not select a perk.
If you:
1.) Contributed toward the campaign with a printed comic perk amount.
2.) Made an error and did not select a perk. (Donation only.)
3.) And would like to get the comic perk you could have selected, then:
Please message me at mr.voluntary[at]gmail.com using the e-mail you made your contribution with for the campaign. I will fulfill the comic perk you would have received if you accidentally selected “donation” instead of “perk.” E-mail me with your campaign order name and mailing address by November 10th to be counted. I cannot process anything beyond this Friday, November 10th.

I am proud to say that Voluntaryist Origins is the canon origins story I had hoped to start with from the beginning. While the past issues were a lot of fun and were important to flesh out the future of the series, I needed the groundwork laid, and this issue is IT!

Voluntaryist Origins – Early Digital Release Sent Out
Hello from J at Voluntaryist – The Comic Series!
I am excited to announce the Indiegogo supporter early digital release of Voluntaryist Origins! I know we’re a little behind schedule, but I think it was worth the wait as I added on an extra page to production, making this a full-length comic book with 24 interior comic art pages.
THE EARLY RELEASE SUPPORTER DOWNLOAD LINK HAS BEEN SENT TO DIRECTLY TO YOUR E-MAIL IF YOU WERE A SUPPORTER.
This is the first time the Voluntaryist story is being presented from the beginning of the canon, with the chronology to follow from here on out in future issues.
The physical perks are being ordered now and the digital files are being sent off to the printer. The printer will then be shipping the comic books to me and then I will be shipping out the physical comics to those who ordered them.
Those who wish to pick up a physical copy outside of the campaign will be able to do so at Indyplanet.com. I will share the link on the Indiegogo.com campaign when available.

SUCCESS! Shielding Assange: The Voluntaryists vs. the NSA 2
Hello friends!
WOW! That’s what I have to say to what has become the second-highest supported Voluntaryist comic of all time! Shielding Assange: The Voluntaryists versus the NSA 2 is now set to become the longest issue to date, beating the record 14 pages from last issue. We managed to raise $2,833- an INCREDIBLE FEAT! I’m the most excited for this issue out of any because the page space will allow for major developments on all fronts: character, narrative, action, and liberty!
The funds will be disbursed to me in the next 2 weeks. Afterward, I will be working to make sure the story is set just right to the budget raised. The script will then go to our primary artist for review. He will then work with me on the storyboarding and hash out the inked pages. After inking, the pages go to the colorists and letterers and then back to me for final approval. If all goes as planned, we should be getting out the digital comic just into the fall months and the physical comic just before winter, if not sooner.
Those who ordered non-comic perks will begin to see those sent out within the next month in June.
If you ordered the latest issue bundled with a perk, you will receive your comic and your perks together. Check the estimated delivery date on the Indiegogo.com campaign to see when it will be complete as well as our updates here.
If you will be moving in the coming months, please make sure to update your address for any perks. I will be posting updates through Indiegogo.com to remind you, but can always let us know via e-mail at mr.voluntary[at}gmail.com

While working on this issue, I will be also preparing plans to make the full origins graphic novel. The origins story of Voluntaryist has been about 4 years in the making, but I never built a campaign around it because I felt that the fandom wasn’t large enough to rally support. After seeing Captain America: Civil War’s success and the 3,000+ fans now on the Voluntaryist facebook page, I think the time has finally come to create the foundation masterpiece.
Thank you again for believing in this comic series. It’s great to finally have something of substance in the entertainment world that truly embraces free markets, free minds, and voluntary living.

Beginning work on the second issue!
Hello friends!
Just received the monies for the comic today and am beginning work on the comic’s production. I sent off the storyboard outlines to the primary artist and am ready to make this some of the best content yet!
There will be 1 cover and 4 primary pages, each giving a backgrounder on a new character. I will then be seeing about adding in special sections with additional shorts.
